To You, My Love, To You

I love you
In every sense of the word
I want to stay like this forever.
Just stand here . . . Right here
With my head on your shoulder.
Gently resting on your silky soft tuxedo.
The Vibrant Strawberry lip gloss,
Still fresh and sweeter than ever on my lips.
I ponder for a moment how your lips would taste.
Will they be sweet like mine,
Or maybe they’ll be salty like ocean water?
Still we stand close,
Your arms wrapped around my waist
Holding me tight against your body.
Gentle breaths caress my neck.
I try to move closer,
As do you
Only to realize there is no space to move into.
I listen for the gentle humming of the song being played.
I want to forget everybody else.
For there is only you and I here now,
And I want nothing more than to gently press my lips onto yours.
Should’ve, would’ve, could’ve
But I don’t.
Instead I choose to keep it
Like a priest in confession,
I have sworn myself to secrecy.
But the truth still remains,
I love you.

A Reminder from a Happy Girl

When you’ve left my mind
Please take your stupid grin with you.
You know the one that I hate
That smug one that reveals all of your insecurities
For you have always possessed the arrogance of a twelve year old.
Also while you’re leaving don’t forget
To open the window to my soul
Which, by the way, is still locked
For you have never tried to open it.
And just one more thing
Leave quickly
Quick enough for you to not hear
My excitement for your departure

Mommy's Leg

Every day’s just another day,
To say and only say.
Never in a lifetime have things go my way.
I’m never quite sure why
I never seem to fly
Above the rest.
I’m never quite sure why
I never seem to try
To make myself fly
Yes, this way’s the best.
I’m safe here
Never gonna get hurt beside Mommy’s leg.
And I’m safe here
But I’ll never get what I want unless I beg.
Safe here from two tons of pain.
Free of this so-called game,
Free to be in this prison.

untitled

How tempting it is
To unleash the silver beast
Carefully stored 3 drawers toward the floor.
How beautiful she thinks it will feel
Letting them dance effortlessly across the blue rivers.
Gracefully, like a sick twisted dance of seduction.
Silver legs open and close
And

sliiiiide

Everybody always says there is more to life.
But maybe that’s just it
I want less.

Lips of Pain
So true are the lips
Of sadness and madness,
They drip half wanting with truth
Playfully letting your fantasies run down their chins.

Lay me down to the field full of tiger lilies
Pluck one and place it behind my ear
Take the back of your hand
Ever so gently rub it against my cheek
Press the soft lips against mine
But don't pull away soon
I want to see your eyes staring deeply into mine
I wanna feel your hand
Take mine
Something few have ever done

Joy

I saw Joy clearly.
Her curvy, slender body Angelic in the sunlight.
She gracefully, almost dancing, turned towards me.
I saw her golden blond ringlets, sunkissed skin, sea-blue eyes.
They looked at me,
Smiling.
And I heard her sing a thousand symphonies
For that moment I felt at peace with myself.
